 Cabarrus ECA Promotes Summer Reading! The Cabarrus County Extension and Community Association (ECA) members recently presented 135 gift bags to the children "graduating" from the four year old program at Long Preschool Head Start program in Concord. The decorated gift bags included an age appropriate storybook, crayons, coloring sheets, and notepads to encourage summer reading.  Shown presenting the gift bags to Mrs. Cooper’s Class at Long Preschool is Mrs. Joyce Kluttz. Picture Left to Right: Giovany P., Ireyahia H., Mrs. Doughty, teacher assistant.
