The Garden of the Month sponsored by the Currituck Master Gardeners and the NC Cooperative Extension, Currituck County Center, goes to Dot Waterfield of Poplar Branch. Dot has lovely gardens with key notes of interest. She has done all the work on the garden herself. She has 3 acres with turf and planting beds, and a small pond. There are lovely perennials with some annuals, mature trees, fruit trees (pear), and shrubbery. There are pretty hibiscus, lantana, verbena. Congratulations Dot on a job well done.
